Susan K. Avery, AMS Fellow and Past President is moving east to become the ninth President and Director of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Most recently Dr. Avery was Vice Chancellor for Research and Interim Dean of the Graduate School at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
